In New York, IN A DAY LLC operates under the fictitious name Core Mountain Guides LLC. Core Mountain Guides LLC is not a separate legal entity.

We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary for participant safety, Program planning, emergency response, legal or insurance purposes, or other legitimate operational needs.

Medical information is collected separately from our general website browsing information and is handled with additional care because of its sensitive nature.

Booking Information

We use Origin as our booking platform. When you book a Program, Origin may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, booking information, participant responses, and waiver information and make relevant information available to Core Mountain Guides.

Origin processes information according to its own privacy practices in addition to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through third-party payment services associated with Origin, including Stripe.

Core Mountain Guides does not directly collect or store the complete credit or debit card number entered through the online payment system.

Payment processors may collect and process information necessary to authorize transactions, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, and provide payment services according to their own privacy policies.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace.
